Repeal Protections for Those Seeking Access to Reproductive Health Services

Official Title: "FACE Act Repeal Act of 2025" (H.R. 589)

This bill would repeal the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act of 1994 which prohibits the use of "force, threat of force, or physical obstruction" to interfere with a person obtaining or providing reproductive health services or exercising religious freedom at a place of worship.
